By placing an order on the website, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these T&Cs.

EYRA BEAUTY offers beauty tools and cosmetic products, including but not limited to:

• Facial and body massage brushes

• Lymphatic drainage tools

• Cosmetic serums and skincare products

Each product is described as accurately as possible.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the delivered product (colors, packaging, lighting).

4. PRICES

Prices are displayed in euros (€) or other applicable currencies depending on the Customer’s location and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.

EYRA BEAUTY reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping fees are displayed before final checkout.

5. ORDERS

Orders are placed directly on eyrabeauty.com.

The order process includes:

5. Secure payment

An order confirmation email is sent once payment is successfully completed.

EYRA BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, or an existing dispute with the Customer.

7.3 Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer acknowledges that:

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer

• EYRA BEAUTY has no control over such fees and cannot estimate their amount

Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU & DOM CUSTOMERS)

In accordance with European consumer law, Customers located in the EU or French Overseas Territories have 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Hygiene Exception

For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products or beauty tools that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS (INTERNATIONAL)

To request a return, the Customer must contact:

Return conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer

• Returns must be approved before shipment

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product and issued via the original payment method.

10. LEGAL WARRANTIES (EU)

Products sold by EYRA BEAUTY benefit from:

• The legal guarantee of conformity

• The guarantee against hidden defects, as defined by French law

11. LIABILITY

EYRA BEAUTY shall not be held liable for:
