Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refund.
2. 14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible products.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that all the following conditions are met:

The product is returned in its original packaging

The product is in resalable condition

The return request has been approved in advance by EYRA BEAUTY
Hygiene & Safety Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, any cosmetic product, serum, or beauty tool that has been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or refunded.
3. RETURNS
3.1 How to Request a Return
To request a return under the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

3.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

4. REFUNDS

5. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not offered.
If you wish to receive a different product, a new order must be placed.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

7. NON-DELIVERY / INCORRECT ADDRESS
EYRA BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for:

Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
EYRA BEAUTY shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
